A Blog a Day Keeps the Naysayers Away!

We have multiple blog posts talking about multiple projects the company is working on.  This week will start the consolidation of many of those projects into some of our long time and long suffering goals.

(1).  We are about to open our ITV studios.

(2).  We have just signed a contract with a major developer out of the Atlanta area that will allow us to move our ITV projects ahead at wrap speed.  We have hired four new people already this week.  Nice to be hiring instead of laying off.  Project

(3).  We have made some major changes in personnel at BusinessIncubabatorLabs.  We are also turning over the day to day operation of that business to the core people that made it viable to being with.

(4).  We have started our own Barter company.  Why?  Simple, we have been involved in the business off and on for over 30 years.  Our faith in paper currency ’shrinks’ daily.  Get it??  We have 40,000 other small business guys around the country that can offer real goods and services.  It’s better than paper.  And for all of those interested, we’re going to teach the basics of the business on our ITV channel.

(5).  Halloween, I actually turn 60.  Sometimes I’m really surprised that I made it this far down the road.  But since I have, I’ve committed to a total, healthy, life style change.   My contract in Georgia is with a resort developer.  I’ve told all those around me that I plan to work a 40 hour week to help them upgrade their marketing, and move it from a regional to a national level.  To me a 40 hour week is cutting my work week by about 100%.  One of my old and nicest friends is GM for the development, and for me this whole experience is like a step back to the 60’s.  Tell you why in our next blog.

Did You Miss Me??

By the look of my stats probably not.  We’ ve been on a year long ’start-up project’ that we were not allowed to talk about so much.  Turns out after the owners of the new company had picked our collective brains’ down to the very stem; they didn’t want us around anymore and dumped us back on the street.

It wasn’t all that traumatic; anyone with a half an once of sense could smell it coming.  This is the second start-up I’ve consulted with, and what eventually happened probably takes place in a lot of start-up situations.  So, with that being said, we’re doing to start writing again, and this time with some new goals and visions.

We are going to spend more time on green issues.

We are going to spend more time on social issues, lord knows, as a country, we have enough of them.

And lastly, we are going to spend more time on aging issues.  More on this later.

It’s good to see you all again, and stay tuned; because most everything we do from here on out is going too be audio or video podcasting.

And the most surprising fact of all, we now have our very own army.  And NO, it’s not an army of one.

TV Quality Streaming Video for Less Than $2,000

I’ve done some live video in my time, and when the station satellite truck pulls up you can hear the meter start running.  As little as 3 years ago we were still paying in the range of $8,000/hr.

Fast forward to today.  Our guys pull up in their car, pull out two laptops and two digital cameras.  That’s it!  One laptop acts as the control board; the other has a Sprint Air Card and acts as our gateway to the net.  We can broadcast any event live with up to HD quality.  It fricking amazes most anyone that sees it.  Pardon my enthusiasm. 

Two guys from Cleveland, Oh have hit the jackpot.  With their combination of compression software and the ’strictly video servers’ they utilize, they  have built a winning combination.  

And now you can have it too.  They have licensed the technology and are offering it along with training to put just about anyone into the video business, big time.

So Where Have You Been?

Well that’s the burning question of the day.  Not that we didn’t think about writing; but we’ve been in the swamp up to our you know what’s, trying to drain it or fill it.  We started helping a friend do some video marketing and ended up with two new exciting businesses to market.

 Where to start?  Not many of you have taken the opportunity to look at www.Videos2Go.info;  but we put a licensing program for that puppy that is really starting to draw some attention.

We can honestly create TV quality streaming video with simple, inexpensive, off the shelf components.  It’s really amazing stuff.  You should take a look.
